Key Responsibilities

Meal Preparation : Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week, delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes that cater to the family’s preferences and dietary needs.
Menu Development : Create diverse, seasonal menus that showcase authentic Spanish cuisine, while also accommodating any specific dietary restrictions or preferences.
Ingredient Sourcing : Manage kitchen inventory and procure high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers.
Kitchen Management : Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring a professional working environment.
Adaptability : Adjust to the family’s schedule, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to any last-minute requests or changes in routine.
Collaboration : Work in harmony with other household staff, if applicable, to ensure seamless service and coordination during meal times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a private chef or in a high-end restaurant setting, with a strong focus on Spanish cuisine.
