Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements - shared cabin)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join our 50m yacht. The ideal candidate is a good leader with excellent tender driving and navigational skills.
Requirements

Excellent tender handling skills (we have 3 tenders)
Strong navigational abilities
Professional, reliable, and proactive

Responsibilities

Oversee deck operations and maintain high standards
Drive and manage tenders safely and efficiently
Lead and support the deck team
Assist with yacht maintenance and safety procedures
Coordinate with the Captain and crew for smooth operations

Salary Package: DOE, 60 days leave per year, Cook Islands Flag
