Your missions
1. HR Administration & Operations
Support day‑to‑day HR administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, etc.)
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy
Extract and analyze HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, absences, employee satisfaction, etc.) to support HR decision‑making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and internal documentation (policies, procedures, guides)
2. Talent Acquisition
Source candidates across different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, etc.)
Conduct pre‑screening calls and coordinate interviews with managers
Support employer branding initiatives: writing job descriptions, posting ads, organizing school events, creating HR content
3. Employee Experience & Culture
Contribute to the employee experience: onboarding, internal events, HR communications
Help organize key moments: breakfasts, team buildings, afterworks, seminars, and other events
Be a Zoï culture ambassador and a positive point of contact for employees on a daily basis
Manage day‑to‑day office operations (supplies and snacks, office equipment, coordination with service providers)
We’re looking for
Student in business school, HR, or a relevant university program
Your 2 key strengths: organization and interpersonal skills
Dynamic, proactive, and persistent; challenges motivate you rather than scare you
Previous experience in a company is a plus, even if as an intern
Tech‑savvy: quick learner, intuitive with new tools and technologies
Driven by learning and growth; comfortable environments are boring for you
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Conditions
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
Start: January 2026
