Commis Sommelier F/H – Four Seasons Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts invites applications for the Commis Sommelier (F/H) position. The role is based at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat on the Côte d'Azur.

Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is a prestigious luxury hotel with Michelin‑starred cuisine and a prime view of the Mediterranean.
Responsibilities

Assist sommeliers in the preparation and service of wines and spirits in the restaurant, bistro and club.
Advise guests on wine selections based on tastes and menu items.
Maintain quality standards and respect hotel policies.
Attend to client remarks and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Proficient French language skills required.
Good level of English desired; a third language is a plus.
Mastery of sommellerie techniques and formal training in sommellerie.
Significant experience in luxury/hotel or gourmet restaurant environment.
Prompt, motivated, reactive and excellent presentation.
