Our mission is to ensure that anyone launching a new venture is never slowed down by legal, fiscal, or accounting hurdles.We are hiring a Chief of Staff (Hybrid, Milan) for Finance & Operations Focus.ResponsibilitiesSupport CEO & Finance team with budgeting, cashflow tracking, and scenario modelling.Run the operating rhythm end‑to‑end: weekly executive meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly OKRs, and systematic blocker removal.Lead 2–3 cross‑functional tiger‑team projects each quarter (e.g., redesign hiring funnel, cut onboarding time from 10 to 5 days).Standardise onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and L&D in partnership with People Ops.Build unified dashboards and maintain clear, up‑to‑date process documentation.Own board‑pack narrative, investor communications, and due‑diligence data rooms.Required Skills & Experience4–8 years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or product/operations roles in high‑growth environments.Proven track record in running cross‑functional projects with measurable impact.Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel/G‑Sheets, basic SQL/BI, fast modelling and slide‑building.Fluency in Italian and English.High trust, low ego; able to manage confidential information and challenge leaders constructively.Nice‑to‑haveExperience in legal‑tech, fintech, or regulated B2B services.Familiarity with service‑delivery KPIs and partner workflows.Knowledge of Notion, Airtable, Looker/Metabase, Asana/Jira, Deel.Exposure to board or investor reporting.Success MetricsFounders recover 20+ hours/week for vision, product, and fundraising.Company cadence runs smoothly: meetings on time, owners assigned, follow‑through trackable.Hiring and onboarding cycle time drops by 30% without increasing headcount.Revenue and margin forecasting accuracy within ±10% each quarter.Compensation & GrowthRemote‑friendly policy, learning stipend, top‑tier MacBook, optional COO mentorship budget.Growth path: operational ownership → multi‑function leadership → Head of Ops / COO in 2–3 years.ValuesFlexibility & autonomy: we trust you; outcome matters.Continuous learning: we invest in your growth and expect you to do the same.Individual responsibility: your insights and contributions will shape the future of LexDo.it.How to applySend your CV and a short note explaining which process at LexDo.it you would streamline first and how you would measure success.
