Sprinklr is a unified AI‑native platform for Customer Experience Management. As a Workplace Coordinator based in Paris and supporting our Southern Europe offices, you will ensure a productive, safe and welcoming environment, manage visitor and calendar logistics, oversee daily operations, and support staff with maintenance and safety responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Visitor Management: screen and welcome visitors, maintain professional reception area, offer welcoming gestures and follow security protocols.
Calendar Management: book main conference rooms, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate meeting logistics across Paris and Southern European serviced offices.
Daily Office Operations: supervise repair/maintenance requests, set‑up conference and office spaces, conduct environment walkthroughs, and keep office, kitchens and storage areas orderly.
Vendor and Facility Liaison: act as point‑of‑contact with office food, facility vendors, building managers and janitorial staff.
Mail & Shipping: distribute incoming mail/packages, coordinate courier services, purchase postage and redirect deliveries.
Supply Management: maintain stationery, pantry and janitorial supplies inventory.
Internal Communications: amplify messages to offices as directed by leadership.
Safety & Security: manage access control, coordinate fire drills, safety trainings and ensure compliance with security audit requirements.
Culture & Community: plan and coordinate internal events and social activities within the region.
Reporting: prepare and submit monthly expense, occupancy, budget and inventory reports.
Remote Employee Liaison: help remote employees connect when visiting or needing office assistance.
Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in English and French (essential).
Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar tools) and basic familiarity with security access platforms.
