Keylime Consultants is collaborating with a distinguished global company, an established Workday Client headquartered in Paris. We are actively seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join their international team and play a key role in Time Tracking and Absence projects on a global scale. This role combines new implementations and system enhancement projects, requesting configuration expertise, tier 3 support to Workday End Users, and advisory responsibilities to drive the effective management of Time Tracking and Absence modules globally. Reporting to the Head of Time and Absence, you will join an established Workday Team, with members based in France as well as other locations across APAC and the US. This role can be hybrid in Paris, or fully remote in France with regular visits to the offices in Paris. The company is offering a base salary of up to €70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and variable bonus structure.
Workday Absence & Time Tracking Specialist – Requirements:

Strong and proven experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence, preferably on a global scale
Candidates with experience in only one of the modules above are also welcome to apply!
Demonstrated experience solving complex configuration issues, while supporting Workday End Users, preferably with 2nd or 3rd line support responsibilities
Excellent communication skills, to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
Project Management skills to support the full cycle of Workday Time and Absence new implementation and improvement projects
Knowledge and experience with Workday Reporting and Security is an advantage
Eager to join a team focused on collaboration, solidarity, and a client-oriented approach
Fluency in English for effective communication within an international team
