The recruitment team at Cailabs is growing to support the continuous expansion of our workforce.As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in our development by identifying and attracting top talent to sustain our ongoing growth.Your main responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified profiles.Managing the entire recruitment process: from needs analysis with managers to candidate selection.Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews and relevant evaluations.Coordinating interviews and ensuring regular follow-up with candidates, while providing a positive and professional experience.Managing and engaging a talent pool.Reporting on your recruitment activities.Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and helping optimize tools and methods used.You may also be involved in cross-functional projects based on your interests, such as school relations or employer branding initiatives.
