We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Paris Boutique to join our team full-time and on-site.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily store operations and team management
Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Manage inventory and implement loss prevention strategies
Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs by analyzing performance metrics and implementing effective action plans
Uphold the brand image and deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in retail store management and loss prevention
Strong customer service background with a focus on excellence
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and a passion for luxury fashion
