Think of yourself as the hub that makes everything work together—coordinating projects, crafting communications, and bringing insights to leadership.You'll work closely with the Global TA Director throughout. For high-stakes deliverables like CEO presentations and leadership communications, you'll create drafts and gather insights—the team will review and finalize before they go out. This is about learning by doing, with the safety net of experienced guidance.You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:1) Keep Projects MovingYou'll be tracking multiple initiatives at once, most with global impact. Your job? Make sure nothing falls through the cracks, dependencies are covered, and everyone knows what's happening next.What you'll deliver: Project trackers, status updates, timeline coordination across teams2) Map How Countries WorkEvery market does TA a bit differently. You'll build and maintain a visual map showing how each country operates and how that fits with our Fix, Flex, and Free model.What you'll deliver: Country-by-country TA operating model maps, gap analysis3) Make Great PresentationsWhether it's for the leadership team or the TA Community, you'll create visually compelling presentations that tell a story. You'll become really good at making complex things simple and making sure everything looks unmistakably Sephora.What you'll deliver: Presentations for various audiences, always on-brand4) Communicate What MattersYou'll be in the room (or on the call) for key meetings with LVMH, Regions and Markets at Sephora, and TA teams across the globe. Your contribution? Taking what happened and turning it into clear, compelling update drafts that keep everyone aligned.What you'll deliver: Meeting notes, stakeholder update drafts, briefing materials5) Organize Our KnowledgeOur communication channels need to be a place where anyone can find what they need in seconds. You'll create smart filing systems, keep everything current, and make sure our team's collective knowledge is actually usable.What you'll deliver: Well-organized repository, easy-to-navigate resources6) Bring Our TA Community to LifeWe have TA professionals across the world who need to feel connected and informed. You'll post updates, coordinate our community meetings, follow up on initiatives, and help create that "we're all in this together" feeling.What you'll deliver: Regular community posts, meeting agendas, initiative tracking7) Gather Performance DataYou'll gather KPIs from markets regularly and collaborate with the HR Data Team to turn them into dashboards that help us see what's working and what needs attention. Data storytelling.What you'll deliver: Consolidated KPI reports, trend analysis, performance dashboards8) Build Weekly Market IntelEvery week, you'll research and draft a PowerPoint slide for our senior leaders on the most relevant talent moves in our industry.
