Location
The position will be located in our headquarters in Nanterre, Paris, France. Possibility to be mobilized on project construction sites either in France or abroad.
Job Purpose
Execution of the HSE plan and any other Project requirements, taking into account Group HSE standards and provide expert advice and support at project & site level.
Usual Reporting Line
HSE site or Project Manager or levels above.
Key interactions
Site employees, Project / Site teams
Government & local authorities, HSE professional bodies, Client / SC / Partner HSE representatives.
Main accountabilities
Participates in Risk Management project activities (HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, etc.)
Sets HSE targets for projects through an HSE KPI setting process
Prepare MDR & worked hours forecast for project execution
Ensures the development, review and update of HSE deliverables
Maintains the Project HSE training plan and associated records
Reviews & arranges for the provision of project / site HSE equipment & training required
Develops Project-specific HSE plans, procedures, guidelines & documentations
Maintains HSE docs and records related to HSE. Implements HSE plan
Develops the HSE Information Packs for main SC's and associated campaign material
Coordinates & interfaces with multi-centres and multi-entities for project HSE execution
Identifies trends regarding the recurrence of incidents and provide feedback
Reviews all project / site accidents and assists in the coordination of accident investigations
Establishes & maintains record of project audit findings, reports close out status of findings
Conducts vendor / supplier qualification audits & assessments

Leading very small-size projects independently
Potential management of a small-size team
Coordination of standard assignments on one or several projects
Requirements & Experiential Learnings
Degree or Diploma in HSE or suitable combination of education & experience
Recognized auditing qualification
Knowledge & experience with ISO 14, 45 and local regulation
Experience in training and HSE program delivery
Digital skills to work on digitalization of HSE processes
Intelex administration training
Advanced experience in the field
Good problem solving & analytical skills
Fluency in English
