We are looking for a motivated CRA II or Senior CRA based in France to join our dedicated CRA team. You will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in independent external monitoring of commercial studies within CRO or Pharma/Biotech companies.
Location: Primarily remote based in France. Potential home‑based locations include Paris, Lyon, Montpellier.
Therapeutic areas: CAR T‑cell, Radioligand, Neurology, Immunology, Rhumatology, Oncology, Pediatric.
Phase: I–III.
What You Will Be Doing
Full ownership of investigator sites for assigned studies, responsible for successful site management through to close‑out.
Planning and conducting site visits (feasibility, site selection, interim, close‑out) in accordance with the clinical monitoring plan.
Developing effective relationships with investigator site staff to ensure key clinical metrics are met.
Preparing for and attending investigator meetings, coordinating timely shipment, proper storage, and accountability of clinical supplies, and following up on drug safety issues.
Ensuring data integrity by maintaining site tracking records and adhering to relevant guidelines.
You Will Need
Minimum 2 years of CRA experience within pharmaceutical/Biotech companies or a CRO.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and prioritize changing business needs.
Strong IT skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
