Main ResponsibilitiesLead small molecule oncology discovery programs, from target validation through preclinical candidate (PCC) nomination.Manage and coordinate preclinical studies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (medicinal chemistry, in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, DMPK, translational sciences, biomarkers, clinical pharmacology) to drive data-based decisions and align strategy with development goals.Contribute to scientific strategy and evaluate in-licensing opportunities to strengthen our pipeline.Mentor and inspire junior scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.ProfilePhD in Cancer Biology, Cell or Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in oncology small molecule drug discovery (biotech/pharma).Proven track record of leading programs from target validation to PCC nomination.Strong expertise in tumor biology, oncogenic signaling, and translational research.Excellent communication, leadership, cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.Fluency in English required; French is a plus.What We OfferJoining our Group means working in a motivating and fulfilling environment, surrounded by skilled, friendly and committed teams.
