Responsibilities

Côté Magasin

Deliver a quality visual health service to clients.
Confirm visual correction by conducting eye exams.
Identify each client’s lifestyle habits to propose personalized lenses and frames that meet their needs and comply with prescriptions.
Handle clients from reception through the follow‑up of delivered optical equipment.
Provide a quality purchase journey with a unique and differentiated customer experience.


Côté Atelier

Carry out the mounting of glasses with care and precision, according to current standards.

Requirements

Holder of a BTS OL with first experience in an optical store.
Technical and commercial skills in opticianry.
Strong commercial sense and customer satisfaction as priorities.
Dynamism and motivation.
