You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our rolling stock throughout its lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as vehicle system architects, validation teams, and quality assurance teams), engage with external stakeholders like railway operators and homologation authorities, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of analyzing operational needs and defining operability requirements, but also support the development and verification of operational use cases.We’ll look to you for:Identifying the operability context of the rolling stock to be developedPerforming in-depth analysis of source requirements, including customer requirements, norms, and lawsCollaborating with project teams to manage identified gaps in operability requirementsDeveloping operational use case scenarios using methodologies like \"Day In The Life-cycle Of The Train\" (DITLOTT)Assisting in defining human interfaces for users, such as driver’s desks and toolingProviding Return on Experience (RoE) to improve standard solutionsExchanging knowledge within the operability-related community and conducting local training when necessaryAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
