Molecular Lab Technician / Research Engineer
Join a precision diagnostics company transforming cancer care through single‑cell transcriptomics and AI‑driven insights. We’re looking for a Molecular Biology Lab Technician / Research Engineer to play a key role in generating high‑quality single‑cell omics data from FFPE samples. You’ll contribute to advancing clinical‑grade innovation in oncology by performing molecular biology workflows and supporting the development of next‑generation diagnostics.
What you’ll do

Prepare and process human samples (frozen/FFPE) for single‑cell sequencing (10x Genomics)
Perform NGS library prep, PCR/qPCR, and quality control (Bioanalyzer, Tapestation)
Launch sequencing runs (Illumina) and ensure accurate reporting in Labguru
Support R&D in developing and validating multi‑omics workflows
Manage lab stocks, orders, and equipment maintenance

Who you are

BTS/DUT/BUT (Bioanalysis, Biotech, or Biological Engineering) with ≥ 2 years of experience in molecular biology
Skilled in NGS, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and single‑cell workflows
Detail‑oriented, organised, and collaborative
Comfortable working in English and following quality standards (GLP, ISO)
