Job Description
Do you enjoy creating seamless and memorable experiences for guests at events and conferences? We are looking for motivated and professional casual Meetings & Events Attendants to join our Food and Beverage team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
What you will be doing

Deliver attentive and professional service that reflects our five star standard
Assist with setup, breakdown and presentation of event and conference spaces
Serve food and beverages to guests with care, efficiency and attention to detail
Support the catering and bar teams to ensure events run smoothly
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to requests and enhancing the overall event experience
Work as part of a team to coordinate logistics, timing and flow of service
Ensure all event areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Be empowered to go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests with thoughtful gestures and personalised service

Qualifications
What we are looking for

A current RSA Certificate
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Availability to work casual shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
A team player who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
Great attention to detail and pride in high standards of presentation and service
Reliability and consistency so that guests enjoy the same high quality experience at every event
