Airbus Helicopters is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (f/m) to join our Human Resources Department based in Marignane, France. You will join the HR Site Marignane department, reporting to the HO HR Site and becoming part of a safe and engaging environment. Core Mission

Business partnership: actively contribute to executing business plans by translating business needs into relevant HR solutions.
HR policy deployment & follow‑up: deploy HR policies across your scope by leading collective HR actions and providing individual employee and manager follow‑up.
Performance optimisation: support optimisation of business performance through targeted HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (lean).

Tasks & Accountabilities

Provide and manage HR services to a particular organisational unit, in partnership with the business.
Advise the business on all people‑related matters.
Drive the execution of business HR plans and support preparation and interpretation of HR metrics and reports for management.
Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards and national labour regulations towards management and employees in a specific scope.
Ensure coherence and harmonisation in implementation of compensation & benefits, training and recruitment policies, coordinated with management and aligned to business objectives.
Support and encourage professional development of all employees.
Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed (e.g., disciplinary action).

Required Skills and Experience

Degree‑educated in Human Resources or related discipline.
More than 5 years’ experience as an HRBP.
Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, flexible and open‑minded mentality.
Experience in project and change management.
Appetite for new technologies with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making and new digital tools.
Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
English at an advanced level. Other language skills are a plus.

This position requires a security clearance or will require eligibility for clearance by the recognised authorities.
