Head of Finance & Accounting – France

Launched in France in 2024, the subsidiary is growing fast and entering a key phase of structural build‑up and expansion.
About the role
As Head of Finance & Accounting – France, you will take ownership of all finance operations, reporting directly to New York and the local leadership team.
Your mission: ensure reliable financial execution, design scalable processes, and provide the clarity that supports rapid growth.
Main responsibilities

Lead all accounting and finance activities for the French entity.
Deliver accurate and timely month‑end closings.
Ensure compliance with French GAAP and US GAAP standards.
Coordinate group reporting and revenue recognition with HQ.
Strengthen internal controls, tools, and procedures.
Support local management with analysis and insights.
Liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Profile

CPA / DSCG or equivalent.
Around 7–12 years’ experience, combining Big 4 and corporate finance roles.
Solid knowledge of French & US GAAP.
Hands‑on, structured, autonomous, and reliable.
Fluent in English and French.
Collaborative mindset, low‑ego, and comfortable in evolving environments.
Build and shape the finance function of a fast‑growing subsidiary.
