Key Accountabilities

Serve as the main point of contact between Design and Technical teams for the transformation of creative ideas into patterns and prototypes for women’s handbags.
Coordinate and oversee all phases of pattern making and prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising aesthetics.
Facilitate communication and problem-solving between creative and technical teams.

Requirements
Functional

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in pattern making and prototyping of handbags.
Deep knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes.
Leadership and team development abilities.
Fluency in both Italian and English.

Key challenges

Acting as a bridge between Design and Technical teams.
Translating innovative design concepts into technically feasible patterns and prototypes while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
Managing tight development calendars while ensuring quality and precision in results for special projects.
