What you will do

Deliver exceptional customer service.
Perform troubleshooting.
Call collect and analyze customer feedback.
Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction whether written or verbal.
Manage customers and support them with a premium experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.

What you will bring

Excellent French language skills .
Very good English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
Good computer literacy.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelors degree preferred.
