Franchise Recruitment Officer
Founded in 1979, Autosmart International is a leading manufacturer of vehicle cleaning products for professionals.
Our products are not sold in stores, but through independent franchisees, who travel directly to professional customers in one of our mobile showrooms.
Our growth plans are ambitious, and we are expanding rapidly. To attract new franchisees and support those already in the field, we are strengthening our teams.
Working within the French team, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for developing the French network through the recruitment of independent franchisees.
In this role, you will:

Call candidates who have expressed an interest in franchising with Autosmart to explain our business model, and assess their motivation and suitability for working as an Autosmart franchisee
Launch the recruitment process (sending information, scheduling appointments, and following up) with candidates who have successfully completed initial screening
Work with the UK Recruitment team to interpret psychometric profiles
Understand and analyse the recruitment budget to prepare reports for management
Work with the Office Manager, particularly for English/French translations
Participate in national meetings (some travel will be required)
Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Autosmart International

What we are looking for

You have previous experience of working in a franchise recruitment environment, or in a franchise business model
You have worked in recruitment and are looking for the opportunity to learn new recruitment approaches and techniques
You’re comfortable calling leads and promoting the Autosmart franchising opportunity to them
You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication
You know how to generate interest and capture the attention of your contacts, and have the resilience to keep going on those days when you face obstacles such as objections, refusals, or unanswered calls
You get a buzz from converting telephone leads to business opportunities
You are proactive, with the goal of continuous improvement (processes, social media communication, strategies, etc.).
Knowledge of the automotive and/or franchise industry would be a real asset.
Fluency in English would be a real plus for you to thrive within Autosmart.

This position is open on a permanent contract and is in our new offices in Osny (95).
The salary is negotiable depending on the profile (between €35,000 and €42,000).
