Finance & Accounting Automation Specialist
An international company undergoing rapid growth is reshaping its Accounting and Finance Systems landscape. To support this transformation, they are seeking a Finance & Accounting Automation Specialist to drive scalable automation initiatives and process improvements that will enable continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis and optimisation of finance processes with a strong focus on automation
Collaborate with accounting and finance stakeholders to document current workflows and design future-state processes
Standardise and harmonise finance operations to improve efficiency and consistency
Apply technologies such as AI and RPA to automate core accounting activities
Partner with technical teams to deliver automation projects and ensure successful implementation
Champion change management, supporting adoption of new processes and providing end‑user guidance
Promote best practices in automation tools and support training initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience with solid understanding of finance processes
Proven track record in finance automation (AI, RPA, or similar tools)
Experience in digital finance transformation and process improvement
Familiarity with cloud ERP systems (Workday, Dynamics BC/D365, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Blackline, make.com, n8n, Rillet)
Background in automating processes such as AP, reconciliations, and accounting workflows
Technical skills (VBA, SQL, Python, .NET, Java, etc.) are a strong advantage
