We provide our customers with a complete range of electric motors, generators, drives, and services, as well as mechanical power transmission products and integrated digital solutions for powertrains. Our solutions fit a multitude of automation applications in transportation, infrastructure, assembly, and process industries. The working model for this position is hybrid (LinkedIn #hybrid). You will be responsible for providing various services to customers on variable speed drives, mainly in France and occasionally abroad.Main activities include:Maintenance and commissioning: Conduct installation, commissioning, and maintenance according to contract requirements, complying with ABB and customer site procedures.Repair: Perform detailed inspections to determine maintenance needs and repairs, troubleshoot, and recommend equipment replacements or spare parts to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Report customer needs to the Service sales team.Support: Provide customer training and technical telephone assistance as needed.On-call duty: Participate in telephone on-call duty and interventions for service contracts.Safety rules: Follow quality, safety, health, and environmental policies and participate in improvement actions.Travel: Occasional travel abroad.You will join a young, high-performance team where you can flourish.Qualifications for the roleAt least 2 years of higher education or an electrical engineering degree.At least 5 years of experience in customer service.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Autonomy, availability, rigor, mobility, responsiveness, and good customer relations.No obstacles to travel (70%).Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules.More about usBenefits include a company car, target-based bonus, health insurance, and more.
