Summary
We are seeking a solution- and result-oriented Field Service Technician to strengthen our team in France. The role requires travelling around 120 days per year nationwide in France.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out preventive maintenance and corrective service of our HI-FOG® fire suppression systems on the customer’s site
Creating service and activity reports
Providing advice, training and telephone assistance for our customers
Coordination of parts and materials, ensuring the return of defective and obsolete parts

Requirements

Technical education, preferably a BTS in Electrical Engineering
5 years of experience in a similar field service position
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and at least upper intermediate skills in English
Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics and electricity
Customer‑oriented attitude, results‑driven attitude
Capability to work independently at customers’ facilities
