As part of our growing sales team, you will develop and scale our business in EMEA. Your key objective will be to identify potential customers and lead the sales process in order to create new opportunities and sign contracts in your territory.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, prospect and acquire new logos in the insurance and brokerage sector.
Build and manage your own pipeline of named accounts through proactive outbound efforts and effective lead qualification.
Analyze prospects' needs and position Korint to meet their specific challenges.
Expand existing accounts in collaboration with the Operations team.
Complex B2B sales cycle
Manage long and complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract signature.
Growth strategy
Participate in the definition and development of the sales strategy for your territory by leveraging the ecosystem (Partnerships, Marketing initiatives).
Senior stakeholders relationships
Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to secure new businesses and drive revenue growth.
Negotiation and closing
Lead negotiations with high-level contacts and ensure the successful signing of contracts of various sizes.
Qualifications
You have +6 years B2B sales experience, as a Business Development Representative/ Account Executive – experience in a tech company or in the insurance space is a plus.
You have proven expertise in business development and a track record of mastering sales strategies for complex B2B SaaS products, with proficiency in using CRM tools (Pipedrive) for accurate tracking and forecasting.
You have a good self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently.
You have a ‘hunter’ mindset, and excel at identifying potential customers, possessing the agility and adaptability required to open doors.
You possess the level-head required to project manage contracts of various sizes, with excellent presentation skills to navigate short and mid-term sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
You are proactive, dynamic, eager to learn, action-oriented, autonomous, but also able to work collaboratively.
You possess excellent communication skills, whether oral, written, or non-verbal – in French, English and in Spanish, Italian or German.
Location & Travel
You will be based in our Paris office. Traveling for business development events may be required in the territory.
