Job Description
NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions. By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our goto-market initiatives in a more consumer‑centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a "smart company". Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a "design & build & pilots mode" (phase 1) to a "rollout mode" (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities.

The "End to End planning" Squad at L’Oréal NEO Global manages all the processes that involve planning activities at all levels of the supply chain, in integration with Forecasting tools and SAP APO Solution.
IT Solution Expert – Responsibilities And Duties

Relationship Management – Business facing staff member responsible for understanding requirements, scope and solution definition.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, IT colleagues and external resources to foster teamwork and employ resources effectively.
Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on the domain processes.
Customize/configure applications, prepare functional tests and endorse responsibility for validating developments before application roll out.
Design and test the evolutions of the NEO template.
Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients giving regular updates on developments and improvements.
Participate in Daily meetings with the project team as the project is managed in Agile way.

EACH DAY – EXPECTATIONS

Supporting the Supply Chain Business by being part of the Solution design within S/4.
Support entities and accompany them by designing new flows & processes.
Work in a fully collaborative way hand to hand between IT & Business.
Being the owner of a functional scope on an IT standpoint.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT project implementation experience, with SAP projects.
Proven track record of reengineering process, fit-gap analysis and solution provider.
Excellent negotiation skills with key business users and within IT.
At least one significant experience in Supply planning tools such as APO, IBP, or even SAP MRP is a must have.
Experience in technical integration with other systems is expected (interfaces based on Idocs, flat files with multiple legacy or external systems, CIF...).
Experience working with MM and Supply planning functionalities (Purchase orders, inbound deliveries management...) is a plus.
Knowledge & experience on SAP quality & stock management is a plus.
Knowledge in subcontracting & manufacturing processes is a plus.
Basic knowledge in API integration is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Negotiation & Interpersonal Relations, Autonomy, Professional Presence, Innovation / Creativity, Proactive Communication with global teams.

Fluid English Mandatory.
Role – Main Interactions

In charge of the Design & Build of the Global solutions, ensuring the consistency of the Global Template from IT point of view.
Contribute from IT point of view by formalizing the different process to be covered and assess the development & customizing efforts needed.
Present the solution to Platform Authority Office (PAO) to validate before Design and Build.
Responsible for the Design of the Solution on an IT standpoint (creation/update of the Functional specifications, Test plans, Cutover plans...).
Handover the design to the offshore development team and test the solution once delivered.
on Defect / Incident management.
