What if you became the dissolution expert who makes a difference?
DISSOLUTION EXPERT – Analytical Scientist (M/F)
Are you passionate about dissolution? This position is a rare opportunity to apply your expertise in a stimulating, supportive, and high-impact environment.
The context
At a leading R&D site in Europe, within an international group committed to healthcare access, you will join the team responsible for the analytical development of small-molecule oral dosage forms. You will work in a scientifically demanding environment, with a constant drive for progress and a strong patient‑focused approach.
The department is structured, highly skilled, and recognised for its key role in clinical phases, industrial transfers, and regulatory submissions. The dissolution team is expanding, with the creation of an expert role fully dedicated to this area.
Your mission
Be the scientific reference for all matters related to dissolution:
Define and lead the analytical strategy for dissolution activities (dissolution testing, in vitro characterisation, method development, formulation support, troubleshooting, etc.)
Actively contribute to development, submission, and transfer dossiers
Provide solid insights on projects in collaboration with formulation, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacokinetics teams
Be proactive in proposing technical and methodological improvements
Contribute to scientific visibility (publications, conferences, monitoring, external collaborations)
Our discussions will give you more details about both the site and the role; a complete job description will be provided.
Your profile
You hold a PhD or pharmacy degree with deep expertise in dissolution and in vitro characterisation (gained through a PhD, post‑doc, or industry experience) – this is truly your area. Knowledge in pharmacokinetics and/or biopharmaceutics is a plus!
In terms of experience: at least 5 years in an academic and industrial environment. Your personality matters too: you enjoy digging deep, challenging, structuring, and sharing knowledge. You are looking for a role without hierarchical management but with real influence!
