The Positions
Excelia Business School invites applications for full-time, permanent faculty positions in the following areas:
Finance
Information Systems / Management of Information Systems
Appointments may be made at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, depending on the candidate’s research, teaching record, and professional experience.
The Successful Candidates Will:
Hold a Doctorate or PhD in Management Sciences (or related field). Candidates who have a defense certificate and will officially receive their Doctorate or PhD before March 2026 are also eligible to apply.
Demonstrate strong research potential, evidenced by publications (or working papers) targeting well-regarded academic journals (e.g., those ranked by FNEGE, ABS, ABDC, FT) and/or participation in major conferences (e.g., AIM, AFM, AFFI, EURAM)
Show innovation in teaching design and pedagogy
Be capable of teaching in French and/or English at both Bachelor and Master levels
Potentially take on administrative responsibilities (e.g., leading an MSc) and engage in building external relations, depending on profile
