About the Role
Responsible for monitoring the active management of real‑estate assets on a property level, optimising returns within the risk parameters of the fund mandate while aligning with the fund strategy. The role requires detailed portfolio analysis, setting asset plans and budgets, and working closely with the Transaction Team, Fund Managers/Deputy Fund Managers, Development Team, and AM Hub Europe Team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with external managers and internal teams (fund management, development, transactions, leasing, ESG, legal, research) to deliver asset‑management initiatives and investment plans.
Prepare asset plans, budgets, and leasing strategies; support investment plans and contribute to IC papers and proposals for transactions, financing, and CAPEX.
Manage property managers to market best practice, implement asset plans, maintain documentation, and assist with negotiations on lettings, transactions, and planning.
Update asset plans, ensure data quality, support client reporting and valuations, and keep managers informed on progress.
Report breaches and risks, maintain CPD, and ensure adherence to AML, TCF, and all regulatory requirements.
About the Candidate
Proven ability to deliver lettings, development, and complex asset‑management projects.
Strong market reputation and network with occupiers, developers, and owners.
Degree‑level qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in institutional real estate, ideally asset management.
Expertise in lease negotiations and leasing strategies, preferably in an international context.
Experience managing external partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong analytical and organisational abilities with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report/presentation preparation in English.
Interest in international markets and willingness to travel.
