Job Title: Alternant Affaires Sociales (Social Relations Intern)
6‑month internship starting January 2026.
Responsibilities
You will discover the richness of the Social Relations function within a stimulating and varied environment made up of 4 legal entities in France and Monaco, including the global prestige marketing headquarters, the French commercial entity headquarters, two industrial sites, and an R&D Center. Ensuring legal compliance with respect to collective and individual labor law is a key mission of the Social Relations policy.

Assist the Director of Social Relations with mandatory periodic information/consultation procedures.
Participate in the development of specific files within the framework of important projects.
Discover how the Social Relations policy is embodied on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Final year student profile (Sciences Po, Paris 2, CIFFOP...) ideally with a first experience in Social Law or HR.
Passionate about social issues.
Autonomous, fast, intellectually curious, and able to summarize information.
Must be French‑speaking.
