Adjoint responsable maintenance (F/H)
OCCITANE PLATS CUISINES is part of the LARNAUDIE group, a human‑scale growing company specializing in gastronomic and regional products.
What you will do
Directly report to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with a team of 4 technicians.
Coordinate one of the two production plant perimeter (meat or cooked dishes) and troubleshoot all production machines.
Participate in the development of preventive maintenance procedures, ensure their implementation and compliance.
Diagnose and intervene quickly on machine failures.
Assist in improvement actions and implement them.
Propose technical solutions as part of continuous improvement.
Follow maintenance, renewal, and renewal projects in cooperation with the manager and with internal and external stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and report relevant information to the superior.
Occasionally perform tasks of a related or lower level position, or any other mission requested by the superior.
Requirements
Graduate with a Bac+2 in industrial maintenance.
Experience ideally in an agro‑food or industrial company.
Analytical mindset, methodical, rigorous, prioritization, exemplary respect of rules and effective communication.
Proactive, reactive, autonomous, delegating and management skills.

Conditions of work
Contract: forfait day, 218 days (compensated by RTT)
Monday to Friday daytime, some Saturdays.
On‑call (astreintes) at 115 € per week.
Industrial agro‑food environment (cold, humidity, cleaning, schedule constraints).
