About the team
Our Finance team is the go-to team for all things finance related at Equativ, including very operational topics. The team is composed of a FP&A team, an Accounting team, a treasury team and a billing team.
We have the ambition to be IPO-ready in the next couple of years. Improving our processes and controls is therefore key for us.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager in a team of 5 employees, you will be trained by the senior accountant payables.
Responsibilities

Management of the accounting mailbox: replies to emails, redirection if necessary, archiving
Management of our suppliers: creation of supplier and employee accounts, validate and enter invoices (€ and currencies) in our portal, interface the file with our accounting tool, propose the weekly payment schedule and once validate with the RC constitute the bank file, carry out end-of-month checks for our monthly closings.
Analysis and justification of accounts payable
Verification and accounting of bank card receipts (overheads and travel)
Validation of expense reports and import into accounting.

Qualifications

BAC + 2 + 3 BTS/DUT/ Licence in accounting
2 years of experience minimum
Strong organization and rigor, motivation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluent in French and ability to communicate easily in English in emails
Knowledge of Yooz (or a similar platform) is a plus
