Role Summary
As Head of Delivery, you will lead the Delivery Team — ensuring every project delivers measurable impact while elevating client satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll combine strategic delivery for executive clients with leadership of a multi‑disciplinary team of Project Managers and Data integrators. This role is both hands‑on and visionary: setting the delivery strategy, building scalable frameworks, and coaching the next generation of InsideBoard leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Delivery Alignment – serve as main point of contact for executive stakeholders to ensure delivery success and business alignment.
Translate client objectives into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous value realization.
Represent InsideBoard AI in key governance meetings and performance reviews to guarantee transparency and trust.
Oversight of end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven transformation projects across global clients.
Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery with measurable outcomes.
Define and optimize delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs.
Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks to ensure operational continuity.
Lead and scale a high‑performing delivery organization.
Recruit, mentor, and coach consultants and project managers to achieve excellence.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales to design project scopes and client proposals.
Work closely with Product and Data teams to translate client needs into product evolution.
Support post‑deployment engagement strategies to ensure long‑term client success.
Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years in Professional Services, Delivery Management, or Program Leadership (SaaS / AI / digital transformation).
Proven record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from design to successful delivery.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.
Expertise in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
Confident engaging with C‑level stakeholders and aligning delivery to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of AI and change management.
