Description du poste

As Supply Chain Director, you’ll be the backbone of our operational success — turning every booking, every shipment, and every supplier relationship into measurable performance and real-world impact.
Our growth is accelerating fast across Europe, the Americas, Asia‑Pacific, and our expanding supply ecosystem needs a strategic, structured, and resilient leader to build the systems that will take us to the next level. Your mission: build a supply chain that delivers faster, costs smarter, and scales stronger.
Day-to-day, you will:

Audit, design, and optimize a complex international supply chain to make it more predictable, scalable, and efficient.
Lead and synchronize global logistics operations, from supplier pickup to toll manufacturing and client delivery, ensuring every booking is delivered and billed 100%.
Manage and mentor supply teams across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and growth.
Ensure data accuracy and flow within our ERP (Odoo) to provide real‑time visibility and empower smarter decisions.
Build scalable solutions for Hubcycle’s next growth phase: demand planning, digitalization, stock buffering, and cross‑docking strategy.
Anticipate and handle crises (shortages, delays, cross‑border bottlenecks) — and be ready to hop on a plane when needed.
Own demand planning and cost control across regions to secure reliable supply and optimized margins.
Always keep a customer‑first mindset, delivering excellence at every step.

This is a key leadership role where strategic vision meets operational excellence. You’ll be building the foundations of Hubcycle’s future scale.
The team around you
You will be part of the C‑level team with a direct input on Hubcycle’s scale strategy. Working in an FSSC22000 certified company means you, as all of us, will be contributing and maintaining high quality standards expectations. On your day to day, you can also rely on every team member: ERP manager, Sales, Sourcers, Quality, HR, etc.
