The Opportunity
Notredépartement Contentieux & Arbitrage rechercheun(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 4 à 6 moisà plein tempspour la période suivante : juillet à décembre 2027.
Le ou la stagiaire sera intégré(e) au sein du département Contentieux et Arbitrage et assistera dans ce cadre les avocats de l'équipe,tant en contentieux qu’en arbitrage.
L’activité du département est très diversifiée :

Contentieux civil et commercial lié à la vie des affaires (litiges contractuels, concurrence déloyale, distribution interne et internationale, risques industriels, contentieux liées à des opérations de fusions-acquisitions);
Arbitrage international commercial (institutionnel ou ad hoc) ou d'investissement, en particulier dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de l’industrie et de la construction.

Le ou la stagiaire, idéalement un(e) élève avocat ayant unesolide formation en droit civil, procédure civile et droit international privé, et disposant d’un très bon niveau d'anglais, fera partie intégrante de notre équipe et sera, de façon graduelle, impliqué dans le travail sur les dossiers avec les avocats qui les traitent.
