We’re creating tools that promote autonomy, foster trust and let businesses focus on what truly matters.About The RoleIn this mid‑level Site Reliability Engineer role you’ll work with our core infrastructure: from how our cloud providers (AWS and GCP) are configured through Terraform to how our microservices are deployed to Kubernetes and monitored. You’ll join a large SRE team where teamwork is highly encouraged.This role is open for applications until Thursday 20th November 2025 09:00 GMT. We will not review any applications before the closing date, so take your time to submit a high‑quality application.What You’ll Be DoingDesign, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure that supports our platform and application servicesContribute to SRE standards and tooling, helping evolve our infrastructure‑as‑code, observability stack, and service reliability frameworkCollaborate with other engineers to resolve production incidents and contribute to post‑incident reviews and improvementsPlan and execute upgrades of core infrastructure systems (e.g. EKS, databases, Kafka clusters), minimising downtime and effort required by other teamsLearn and grow within a supportive team, developing deeper expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and observabilityTechnologies we use: Grafana, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Flux / GitOps, Istio, GitHub Actions, Go.What You BringExperience in established Platform / SRE / Infrastructure teams and managing multiple Kubernetes clusters (10+)English proficiency (our company language)Curious and love learning new languages / frameworks / working stylesExperienced in solving complex technical challenges at scaleStriving for a high bar for quality and reliability within your teamAdvocating for a thorough code review processAble to design the overall solution instead of “just” writing codeRecognized within your team for solving challenging problemsA force multiplier, enabling other engineers to do even betterAble to raise and describe technical debt faced by your team, then propose a solution or path forwardWhy This Role May Be a Good Fit for YouExperience working in Platform / SRE / Infrastructure teams with large engineering environments (100+ engineers)Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like TerraformGenuinely excited about helping developers and proactively building relationships with themWho You’ll Be Working With and Reporting ToYou will report to the Senior Engineering Manager of our SRE team, part of our Developer Platform Group. Remote, hybrid or in‑office is possible, but you must be physically based in one of these countries.
