Overview
Retail network is the beating heart of our business. With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping.
We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.
Responsibilities

Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletters, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS
Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
Training for store teams of the CRM projects
CRM initiatives and loyalty program of OVS, Stefanel, GAP collaborating with the other CRM team members

What We're Looking For

University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM
Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset
Solid project management skills
Digital and innovation-oriented mindset
Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
