I am supporting a leading international freight forwarding organisation that is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive strategic growth across their Air and Ocean portfolio.
This is a senior commercial role suited to someone with a proven track record of delivering high-value new business and managing complex global accounts within the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial development across Air and Ocean freight products
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts
Develop and execute customer‑specific growth plans within aerospace and defense

Required Experience

A current and active portfolio of customers within the Aerospace/Defence sector is essential
Strong background in freight forwarding, specialising in Air and Ocean
Demonstrated success securing and developing high‑value contracts and multi‑lane trade solutions
Ability to operate strategically, influence at C‑level, and manage complex global accounts
Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of industry compliance and security requirements
