Project Manager / Director (Insurance)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project delivery: control budgets, schedules, quality and risks while guiding team and client.
Handle all implementation phases of insurance software integration projects (e.g., Clev, Activ'Infinite, Guidewire).
Maintain operational and managerial reporting both internally and externally.
Participate in pre‑sales proposals, bid responses, cost estimation and solution presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5).
Professional level of English (B2/C1).
4‑15 years of IT project management experience, ideally in insurance.
Experience with RFP responses and solution selling.
