Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire suite of tools our clients use to ingest, enrich, and publish their content.
Engage directly with our clients' operations teams to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals.
Define and track the key metrics that measure the efficiency of our clients' workflows and the quality of the content delivered to their viewers.

Requirements

A strong background in VOD, OTT, broadcast media technology, or enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS)
A solid, practical understanding of content modeling, taxonomy, and ontology
Proven experience defining workflows for complex media types, particularly video (live and VOD) and audio.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with API-first architecture and a technical background in video processing, content delivery networks (CDNs), or related technologies is a plus.
