Personal Assistant & Sales Coordinator for France Country Manager
Visa, a global leader in payments and technology, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant & Sales Coordinator to support the France Country Manager. The role requires comprehensive administrative support, sales coordination, event logistics, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Location: Pantin, Île-de-France, France.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistance
Proactively manage schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Prepare documentation, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
Screen and direct incoming communications and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate meeting details, room bookings, and logistics.
Build trusted relationships across teams and external partners.
Uphold professionalism, discretion, and excellent judgment.
Sales Coordination
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare presentations and client communications.
Handle invoice tracking and work with finance teams to meet deadlines.
Consolidate and maintain client information; support crisis management and event invitations.
Events
Coordinate logistics for France events (excluding certain executive visits), including meeting rooms, catering, and attendee communication.
Organise celebrations, gifts, and recognition for employees in partnership with Facilities, Corporate Communication, SCO, and HR.
Qualifications
Experience in high‑level administrative roles (executive assistance, project coordination, or similar).
Bilingual French and English with advanced proficiency.
Strong organisational, project management, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in coordinating events or supporting corporate functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritise deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
