Junior Air export - Operations
KWE Italy is looking for a Junior Air Export Operator to join our office in Milano (Pioltello).
Job profile

Complete processing of air shipments, from the pickup of goods to arrival at the destination; providing information and updates to clients regarding shipment operations; Supporting the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.
Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints. Special attention to key assigned accounts.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Building of airlines relationships, negotiations where needed.
Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.
Booking of shipments; Organizing loading plans.
Following of customs compliance rules.
Direct contact with clients, KWE offices and destination correspondents.
The candidate will independently manage the shipment processes from booking to invoicing.

Key Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in the air export department at international freight forwarding companies.
Good attitude and good overall character
Fluent English, both written and spoken, which will be assessed during the interview.
Good proficiency in the MS Office suite.
