Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Italian Speaking Technical Support Agent to join our team in Greece. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and customer service, helping our clients navigate technical challenges with our products. As a Technical Support Agent, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment and directly contribute to enhancing our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers by providing top‑notch technical support via phone, email, and chat
Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services
Guide customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions
Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in our support system
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and elevate complex technical problems
Stay informed on product updates and technical changes to continuously provide effective support
Requirements
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
Prior experience in a technical support role is advantageous
Strong ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions
Outstanding communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM platforms
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently in a dynamic environment
Passion for technology and commitment to customer satisfaction
