We are delighted to be supporting a PE fund as they look to appoint an interim CFO to support the leadership team across their French portfolio companies. This contract is looking to be 6 – 12 months, ideally you will be based in France, fluent in French, as you will be working onsite in the office 4 days per week.
Key responsibilities :

Partnering with portfolio CFO’s and finance teams to drive transformation and deliver against the funds finance playbook
Making sure the portfolio companies are on top of cash management as well as owning capital structure and margin management
Help clean up the reporting so there is one source of truth

Candidate profile :

Demonstrable experience as a CFO with significant experience in SME companies
Comfortable working in an advisory / project role with a hands‑on approach and guiding when needed
Have experience in working in a PE backed company
Open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, with the right to work to France
Fluent French
