I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing deep-tech R&D organisation that’s establishing a new European R&D hub in Paris.
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Talent Operations Manager who can build the local HR function from scratch and support the setup of the new team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a global tech company as they expand across Europe.
The Role

Develop and implement recruitment strategy for the Paris R&D site
Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR operations
Advise on local employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Build scalable HR frameworks and processes
Act as the bridge between European teams and HQ stakeholders

About You

Solid HR / Talent Acquisition experience in France
Excellent knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance
Fluent Mandarin and English (essential)
Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-scaling environment
Experience building HR structures in startups or new sites is a strong plus
Must have French / EU work authorization
