Are you ready to lead a global transformation in supply chain planning? We’re now looking for a Head of Global Planning – a key role in driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation by harmonizing planning practices and enabling advanced analytics to deliver exceptional customer value. This is an unique opportunity to shape the future of our end‑to‑end supply chain and create a significant impact on business growth and customer experience.
Shortly About Us
We’re transforming into a unified, intelligent supply chain that anticipates needs, empowers people, and drives profitable growth. This is a step toward creating a world‑class customer experience through streamlined processes, advanced analytics, and sustainable logistics. By modernizing technology and fostering a high‑performing, collaborative culture, we’re building an end‑to‑end supply chain that delivers reliability, transparency, and efficiency.
About The Job
In this position, you set and lead global planning strategy and governance across demand, supply, inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). You ensure accurate forecasting, optimised inventory, and strong alignment with business strategy and customer expectations by driving process standardisation and enabling advanced analytics.
Key responsibilities

Owning global S&OP and S&OE cycles, ensuring decisions are made, actions tracked, and accountability enforced.
Approving demand, inventory, and supply plans and reconciling them against financial targets.
Establishing clear planning roles and governance to ensure consistency across regions.
Driving collaboration between global and regional planning teams, standardising roles and processes.
Leading global planning improvement programmes aligned with strategy.
Driving adoption of advanced analytics and digital planning solutions.
Partnering with IT and Master Data teams to enable current planning systems and future digital solutions.
Standardising planning practices across Make‑to‑Order and Make‑to‑Stock processes, taking full ownership of the entire product portfolio from a supply‑chain planning perspective.

Location
The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sites – such as Fagersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (France), Lottum (Netherlands), Ciechanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US).
Your profile
We’re looking for a senior leader with a solid track record in global supply chain management within a multinational, matrix organisation, covering end‑to‑end processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, and S&OP/S&OE. You have led planning strategies across complex, multi‑region environments and are skilled in process standardisation. You’re familiar with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced analytics, using data‑driven insights to guide decisions. Experience in change management, such as implementing new advanced planning systems or harmonising global processes, is a strong advantage. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.
It is also noted that you’re a strategic leader who inspires teams and aligns planning with long‑term business goals – championing a customer‑first mindset in every decision. You’re analytical and detail‑oriented, turning complex data into actionable strategies. As an influential communicator, you build trust across functions and geographies. Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in dynamic environments and embrace innovation and continuous improvement.
