Compensation (40h / week) :
With company accommodation : approx. 1,040.66 gross / month
Without company accommodation : approx. 1,240.67 gross / month
Meal allowance : 154 / month (meal card)

Role Overview Customer Support
You will support French‑speaking users of Facebook, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
Your responsibilities include :

Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information, troubleshooting support, and user guidance
Documenting cases through internal systems
Ensuring a positive user experience through clear and empathetic communication

Candidate Requirements

C2 level French
B1+ / B2 English for internal communication
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Ability and willingness to relocate
Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and customer focus
Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
