Job Title
FP&A Manager (W/M)
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and management of the annual financial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans.
Collaborate with operational managers to gather insights and build accurate forecasts.
Build and update the group’s consolidated P&L reporting based on accounting and financial systems.
Support the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying variances from forecasts and explaining trends.
Help prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to support understanding of business performance.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Work closely with operational departments to understand their financial needs and support them in achieving their goals.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
Communicate complex financial results clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
Higher education background (Business School or University), ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in finance/management.
Proven experience of around 5 years in financial roles, with prior experience in financial planning, analysis, or modeling.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Knowledge of accounting and financial systems (experience with Oracle/Netsuite is a plus).
Proficiency in IT tools, including spreadsheets and financial modeling software.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Familiarity with the SaaS environment would be a strong asset.
