The Fashion Group division Finance department is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, based in Paris, to support the Financial Controlling Director in managing various FP&A missions pertaining to our nine Maisons globally.This is a newly‑created role to further strengthen the Fashion Group's contribution in ensuring the smooth and best‑in‑class financial operation of our Maison partners.Job responsibilitiesReporting, Analysis & PresentationsPrepare weekly sales reports for Management to review - CFO and Presidents of Division and MaisonsManage branch closings for actual dataPreparation of sales, P&L, Cash, and Inventory reporting and analysesCritical review of data and input from the MaisonsPreparation of analytical summaries for ManagementPrepare budget reports for forecast data (Budget, Revised, Strategic Plan)Prepare monthly reports on store networksParticipate in the preparation of documents for the various instances: Fashion Group Executive Committee, LVMH Executive Committee, Business Review, etc.Collaboration with the MaisonsParticipate in the review of investment requests, particularly Retail, from the Fashion Group MaisonsProduce ad‑hoc analyses and benchmarks requested by Management or the MaisonsWork in collaboration with our Maisons, particularly on cost optimization, risk and opportunity identification issuesParticipate in the elaboration of forecasts (simulations, what if, etc.)Liaise with Maison CFO and Finance team(s) internationally to collect, consult, advise and align on reporting and analysisProjectsContribute to the optimization of monitoring processes and the improvement of reporting tools/formatsParticipate in ongoing projects at the Maisons/Region/Group level on the deployment of new financial consolidation/reporting toolsProfileYou have a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business/engineering school/university with a focus on corporate finance.You have a proven track‑record working (5 to 10 years) in complex structures in management control/management accounting/financeYou have masterful skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointYou have strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and complex informationYou have strong commercial acumen and a sensibility for data and detailsYou are organized, rigorous, able to work under time constraints and you enjoy teamwork.You have good written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills (ENGLISH and FRENCH)You are able to work quickly to urgent deadlines, and can manage multiple priorities and objectivesAt LVMH, people make the difference in the art of crafting dreams.Our people fuel our dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
